About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly connected professional from the Ayurveda, wellness, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or healthcare administration space who can help build and manage a strong network of therapists, physiotherapists, wellness practitioners, Ayurvedic doctors, and service providers across Chennai.

The ideal candidate should have deep operational understanding of the healthcare ecosystem in Chennai and be capable of handling vendor relations, manpower coordination, compliance, administration, and service execution for a growing holistic healthcare platform.

This role requires someone who is proactive, organised, relationship-driven, operationally strong, and capable of building scalable systems in the wellness and therapy ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Network Development & Partnerships

•⁠ ⁠Build and manage a strong network of:

  * Physiotherapists

  * Ayurvedic therapists

  * Panchakarma centres

  * Wellness practitioners

  * Rehabilitation experts

  * Home healthcare providers

  * Yoga and holistic therapy professionals

•⁠ ⁠Identify and onboard qualified service providers and therapy partners across Chennai.

•⁠ ⁠Develop strategic relationships with hospitals, wellness centres, clinics, therapy studios, and healthcare professionals.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate appointments, schedules, therapist availability, and service execution.

Operations & Administration

•⁠ ⁠Oversee daily operational activities related to therapy and wellness services.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure smooth coordination between doctors, therapists, operations team, and clients.

•⁠ ⁠Manage manpower planning, therapist deployment, attendance, and workflow systems.

•⁠ ⁠Develop SOPs and operational protocols for therapy services.

•⁠ ⁠Handle vendor management, facility coordination, and operational reporting.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure service quality, discipline, and client satisfaction standards are maintained.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain proper records, agreements, certifications, and compliance documentation.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with healthcare facilities and relevant departments for operational compliances.

•⁠ ⁠Support NABH-related documentation and administrative processes wherever required.

•⁠ ⁠Manage licensing and vendor documentation follow-ups.

Experience
