Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Operations / Marketing Executive to manage customer handling, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction processes. The candidate will coordinate with customers and the marketing/operations team to ensure smooth operations and a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and provide proper support
  • Manage and track customer orders from start to completion
  • Coordinate with the operations team for smooth order fulfillment
  • Follow up with customers regarding service updates
  • Take feedback from customers and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Resolve basic customer issues and escalate when required
  • Maintain customer data and reports in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Support marketing and promotional activities when needed
  • Build positive relationships with customers and clients

Requirements

  • Good communication skills in Hindi & English
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
  • Good customer handling and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Graduation preferred (12th Pass can also apply)
  • Experience in customer support, telecalling, or operations is a plus
  • Laptop is Mandatory
