We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented MICE Operations Manager to lead our Domestic & International Outbound operations. This role will oversee end-to-end event execution, manage client relationships, coordinate with vendors, and ensure seamless delivery of exceptional experiences for our corporate and leisure clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end domestic and international outbound MICE operations.
• Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and partners to ensure flawless execution.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and operational efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team to deliver high-quality service.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and client standards.
