About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operational Manager – Panel to lead the strategy, execution, and management of panel-based engagement and loyalty programs. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in operations, digital platforms, and stakeholder management, with a proven track record in loyalty program execution and partner engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Program Strategy & Design for panel and loyalty initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Drive end-to-end operational management ensuring seamless execution across regions
- Manage and optimize digital platforms for user engagement and program efficiency
- Oversee vendor and stakeholder management, ensuring strong partnerships and performance delivery
- Plan and control budgets and costs, ensuring optimal resource utilization
- Execute events, promotions, and engagement campaigns to drive participation and retention
- Develop and implement training and communication frameworks for internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor MIS, reporting, and analytics to track program effectiveness and drive data-led decisions
- Ensure adherence to compliance, governance, and organizational policies
Education
- MBA in Marketing / Sales / Operations (preferred)
- Graduate in Business Administration or Engineering
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Loyalty Program Management
- 5 years of experience in Loyalty Program Management (mandatory)
- Proven experience in managing large-scale operational programs
