Who are we looking for

We're looking for a strategic International Operations Manager who can own the messy middle of travel - the part between a confirmed booking and a client landing safely at their destination. This role manages complex outbound travel execution, global vendor networks, team performance, cost control, and service excellence for high-value international bookings.

If you've handled a 2 AM vendor crisis without losing your composure, know how to negotiate a DMC contract as well as you know how to read a P&L, and genuinely care about what service excellence means at 30,000 feet -we'd love to meet you.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and scale the international operations team, driving performance and quality consistency.
  • Vendor Management: Manage global DMC relationships, airline vendors, and hotel networks, optimizing contracts, pricing, and profitability.
  • Execution Oversight: Oversee execution of complex itineraries, luxury trips, and VIP clients from confirmation to completion.
  • Service & Crisis Control: Control service SLAs, failure resolution, and emergency response handling for high-value bookings.
  • Performance Tracking: Track international execution KPIs, cancellations, and refund ratios to keep operations accountable.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with visa norms, airline policies, and travel advisories across all international bookings.
  • Process Improvement: Drive automation, SOP improvements, and execution quality benchmarks across the team.
  • Target Delivery: Deliver quarterly and annual international execution excellence targets.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Travel, Hospitality, or Operations Management.
  • 5–8 years of experience in International Travel Operations.
  • Minimum 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong global supplier management and crisis-handling expertise.
  • Advanced MIS, CRM, cost tracking, and forecasting skills.
  • Strategically driven, execution-strong, and quality-obsessed.
