Operations Manager Banking Domain (Inbound Domestic Process)
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, RBI guidelines, KYC/AML compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Experience managing inbound customer service for banking products (savings/current accounts, credit/debit cards, loans, net banking).
