Role Description The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the Hyderabad facility in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role includes planning and managing production activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that cold chain packaging solutions are delivered on time and to quality and compliance standards. The Operations Manager will monitor process efficiency, implement operational improvements, and maintain documentation related to regulatory and customer requirements. They will supervise and develop operations staff, manage resource allocation, and support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves liaising with supply chain, quality, engineering, and customer service teams to maintain smooth workflows and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Strong operations management skills, including production planning, workflow optimization, and process improvement.
• Experience with supply chain and logistics coordination, preferably in pharmaceutical, packaging, or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and safety standards relevant to cold chain or industrial operations.
• Competence in people management, including team supervision, performance monitoring, and training and development.
• Ability to use data analysis and reporting tools to track KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and support decision-making.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or packaging facility, with exposure to temperature-controlled or pharmaceutical logistics, is highly beneficial.
