Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Operations Manager to oversee and optimize day-to-day operations at The Gift Concierge. This on-site role, based in Ahmedabad, will involve managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, ensuring the timely delivery of gifts, and maintaining inventory. The role also includes streamlining processes, leading a team, and collaborating with clients to ensure exceptional service standards. The ideal candidate will drive operational efficiency while aligning with the company's mission to create exceptional gifting experiences.

Qualifications
  • Strong operational management skills, including logistics coordination, inventory management, and process optimization.
  • Experience in vendor relationship management and overseeing procurement processes.
  • Team leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Customer service excellence and the ability to maintain professional client relationships.
  • Proficiency in organizational tools and software relevant to operations management.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in the retail or gifting industry is a plus.
