Job Title: Sales Manager – Legal BPO Services / Subscription Sales (Loan Defaulter Segment)

Location: Bangalore, India

Department: Sales & Operations

Reports To: Head – Business Development

Experience Required: 8–12 years in outbound sales / contact center management

About The Role

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our outbound BPO operations focused on promoting legal and lawyer subscription services for loan defaulters. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing large-scale sales teams, driving conversions, and ensuring compliance within regulated services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of 50+ outbound sales agents to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly subscription targets.
  • Plan and execute outbound calling strategies for loan defaulter segments to convert potential customers to paid legal consultation or service subscriptions.
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs (conversion rates, talk time, closure rate, etc.) and enforce performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Ensure agents adhere to compliance guidelines, communication protocols, and legal service scripts.
  • Work closely with the legal and operations teams to align customer acquisition efforts with service capabilities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and data-driven insights for management.
  • Drive team engagement, process quality, and retention strategies in a fast-paced BPO environment.
  • Implement CRM practices and optimize lead management for maximum efficiency.

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate or Postgraduate with 8–12 years of experience in BPO/Tele-sales/Contact Center management.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience leading large outbound sales teams (50+ agents) in financial, legal, or subscription-based services.
  • Strong experience in sales operations, scripting, training, and performance optimization.
  • Ability to handle end-to-end sales processes, including strategy, execution, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Excel, and call center reporting systems.
