OPERATIONS MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily manufacturing operations to achieve production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Lead and supervise production teams, ensuring efficient manpower deployment and workflow management.
• Monitor production processes, equipment performance, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate and arrange deliveries of raw materials, production supplies, and finished goods.
• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and customers to ensure timely material deliveries and shipments.
• Manage inventory levels and stock control to support uninterrupted production.
• Investigate and resolve production, operational, and logistics issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety, and environmental regulations.
• Perform other operational and ad hoc duties assigned by management.

Work Environment :

• This is a hands-on management role requiring active involvement in factory operations.
• Candidates must be willing to assist with operational tasks, material handling and production support when required.
• Able to work under pressure and respond to urgent production and delivery requirements.
• Willing to work extended hours when necessary to meet operational demands.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Required to be on-call and available to support production operations during off-hours and emergency situations.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in logistics coordination, material planning, and inventory management.
• Willingness to undertake both managerial and hands-on operational duties.
