Job Summary

SM Workforce Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Head for Delhi NCR operations. The candidate should have a strong background in manpower services and facility management with excellent communication, client handling, and team management skills.

The candidate must have hands-on experience in handling multiple manpower and facility sites including housekeeping, security, technical staff, loaders, supervisors, and industrial manpower operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle complete operations of manpower and facility management projects across Delhi NCR.

* Manage deployment and operations of housekeeping staff, security guards, technical manpower, loaders, helpers, supervisors, and other workforce categories.

* Ensure smooth site operations with proper attendance, discipline, grooming, and service quality.

* Conduct regular client meetings and resolve operational escalations promptly.

* Perform frequent site visits and operational audits.

* Coordinate recruitment and immediate manpower replacements as per client requirements.

* Ensure compliance related to PF, ESI, wages, labour laws, and statutory requirements.

* Lead operational teams including supervisors, area managers, and field staff.

* Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.

* Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports, attendance records, operational reports, and billing support data.

* Handle new project mobilization and operational setup.

* Ensure uninterrupted manpower supply and service delivery across all sites.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Minimum 8 years experience in Manpower Services / Facility Management industry.

* Strong communication and client coordination skills.

* Experience in handling multiple sites and large manpower deployment.

* Good knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESI, compliance, and workforce management.

* Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent operational requirements.

* Good command over MS Excel, reporting, and documentation.

* Candidate should own a vehicle and be ready for frequent travel across Delhi NCR.
