Responsibilities
• Coordination for Assessment/Examination.
• Handling online assessment portal and Skill India Portal.
• Coordination with various sector skill councils/clients.
• Monitoring and collecting evidence of ongoing assessments.
• Any other tasks related to assessment/examination.
• Coordination with field associates through phone, mails and messages.
• Coordination with clients through phone, mails, messages and office visits.
• Ensuring updating of company work on the company's social media channels.
• Ensuring complete retrieval of data from field associates both in hard copy and soft copy forms.
• Checking and reporting sector updates from client and government sites and social media channels daily.
• Expansion of field associates network pan-India through calls, mails and messages.
• Representing the company in client events as and when required.
• Proper storage of company data both in hard copy and soft copy forms on hard disks, servers, files, folders and warehouse cartons.
• Verification of data sent by field associates.
• Data uploading on portals, handling operations work on portals.
• Data management on portals, excel spreadsheet, word files.
• Collaborates with other team members to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive moral, and uphold company values.
• Raises and tracks issues and conflicts, removes barriers, resolves issues of medium complexity involving stakeholder and escalates to appropriate level when required.
