Job Description: Campus Manager – Advanced Skill Centre (ASC)
The Campus Manager executes day-to-day leadership of the Advanced Skill Centre (ASC). This role serves as the central anchor driving high-end technical training, industry-aligned delivery, and strict compliance.
Job Summary
Lead end-to-end ASC operations, enrolments , technology-driven programme delivery, and multi-stakeholder ecosystems. Align institutional, corporate, and governmental skill frameworks to deliver a premium student experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Ecosystem Liaison
- Connect Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) / Education Institutions (EIs), NSDC, and the Implementation Partner.
- Align high-tech skill training curricula with institutional academic calendars.
- Manage high-level communications and operational protocols between partners.
2. Advanced Programme Delivery
- Oversee sophisticated lab setups, industry software deployment, and infrastructure.
- Monitor advanced technical trainers for curriculum velocity and practical hours.
- Optimize high-cost equipment usage and specialized resource scheduling.
3. Premium Student Experience
- Lead student lifecycles from specialized screening to global certification.
- Co-ordinate & Manage career-readiness initiatives, bootcamps, and industry hackathons.
- Resolve student grievances to maintain high retention in advanced programs.
- Achieve Enrolment & Revenue targets of ASC.
4. Financial Controls & Governance
- Manage the centre's operational budgets and handle revenue-cost tracking.
- Enforce compliance rules for NSDC portals and specialized funding bodies.
- Supervise exact data logging for real-time Management Information Systems (MIS).

- Escalation Resolution Time: Resolve cross-partner issues inside 24 hours.
3. Certification & Retention
- KRA Description: Safeguard premium training outcomes, global certifications, and student satisfaction.

- Student Retention Rate: Maintain 92% minimum cohort completion metrics.
- Assessment Success Rate: Clear 90% minimum first-attempt industry/NSDC certifications.
- Net Promoter Score (NPS): Achieve student experience score of 50+ or 4.6/5.
4. Financial & MIS Audits
- KRA Description: Deliver absolute funding compliance, cost controls, and precise digital records.
- KPIs:
- MIS Data Sync Integrity: Ensure 100% real-time, error-free NSDC portal updates.
- Budget Variance Control: Limit operational expenditure variance within ±5%.
- Audit Compliance Rating: Attain zero major flags during financial or data audits.
Job Specifications
Experience & Education
- B.Tech/B.E. or Master's in Management/Social Work with technical education exposure.
- 5 to 8 years managing vocational training hubs, corporate training centers, or ASCs.
- Direct working exposure to NSDC portals, funding guidelines, and public-private models.
Technical & Soft Skills
- Strong project management skills (PMP or Agile methodologies are major pluses).
- Proficiency in advanced analytics tools, data management, and enterprise ERPs.
- Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and multi-stakeholder management capabilities.
