Our internal product stack enables accurate and scalable property mapping for landscaping companies across North America, operating within a $175B industry in the US and Canada. Our operations engine includes a 120+ member Property Mapping Team, and we are scaling rapidly.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-energy Operations Manager to lead and scale our Property Mapping Operations. This is a hands-on, execution-focused leadership role responsible for driving throughput, quality, and delivery SLAs while strengthening operational processes and team performance.

Team & Scale:

- Directly manage 68 Team Leads and QA Supervisors

- Indirectly manage 120+ cartographers

- Oversee daily mapping delivery for US and Canada customers

- Operate in a metrics-driven, high-volume production environment

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership

- Lead day-to-day production operations with tight control on output, quality, and timelines

- Ensure smooth execution across shifts and teams

SLA & Productivity Ownership:

- Own and consistently meet delivery SLAs

- Improve throughput, reduce turnaround time (TAT), and track productivity metrics

Quality & Process Improvement:

- Implement quality control systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

- Reduce rework, improve mapping accuracy, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Planning & Forecasting

- Forecast mapping demand and plan workforce capacity accordingly

- Prepare for seasonal and volume spikes with structured manpower planning

People Management

- Coach, mentor, and develop Team Leads and Supervisors

- Conduct performance reviews, handle escalations, and maintain high team morale

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations Leadership, and Customer Success teams

- Identify bottlenecks and drive process alignment across functions

Reporting & Insights

- Own operational dashboards and MIS reporting

- Run regular business reviews with data-driven insights

- 710 years of experience in operations management, preferably in GIS, mapping, analytics, or BPO/KPO environments

- Proven experience managing large teams (50200 members)

- Strong command over KPIs, SLAs, capacity planning, and quality management

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
