Role Overview
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative functions and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. You will also support parents and students through process support for visa filing, on-boarding and visa documentation amongst others.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth on-boarding of clients.
- Manage day-to-day office operations and visa filing, including correspondence, record-keeping, scheduling, and other filing.
- Data maintenance using MS Office tools
- Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries in a professional manner.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain operational efficiency.
- Counsel clients on visa requirements, procedures, and timelines.
- Collect, verify, and organize required documents for visa applications.
- Maintain records of visa applications, approvals, and rejections.
- Stay updated on immigration laws, rules, and embassy/consulate guidelines.

- Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with parents and students.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing responsibilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and documentation handling.
- Comfortable in travelling to different locations
