Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Operations Manager role located in New Delhi. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of multiple outlets, ensuring adherence to quality standards and efficient processes. Responsibilities include managing teams, coordinating supplies, maintaining excellent customer experiences, and implementing strategies to optimize productivity and profitability. Additionally, the Operations Manager will analyze performance metrics and lead efforts to improve operational efficiency and staff performance.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to supervise and motivate employees effectively.
• Expertise in operational planning, process optimization, and scheduling to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Knowledge of customer service, quality standards, and experience in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Analytical skills and experience with performance metrics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Background in the food and beverage industry or hospitality management is highly advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
• Flexibility to work on-site in New Delhi and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
