Operations Manager

We are looking to hire a Operations Manager for one of our schools in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operational functioning of the school, ensuring efficient administration, safety, compliance, and coordination across departments for smooth school operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day school operations and administration.
• Oversee facilities, transport, security, housekeeping, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and safety norms.
• Coordinate with academic, HR, and finance teams.
• Prepare operational MIS and reports.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Administration or Management.
• 5+ years of experience in school operations/administration.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
