Operations Manager

This is an internship position for an Operations Manager at our New Delhi office. As an on-site role, the Operations Manager Intern will assist with coordinating and managing event logistics, smooth execution of event operations, and ensuring all deliverables are met as per client requirements. Tasks will include collaborating with vendors, managing schedules and budgets, supervising event setup, and maintaining quality standards in all aspects of event production.

• Project planning, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
• Strong understanding of event management and logistics
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Problem-solving, multitasking, and adaptability skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other organizational tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
• Any prior experience with event management or logistics is a plus
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
