Role Description This is a full-time remote Operations Manager role. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational workflows, including project planning, resource allocation, and coordination across product, engineering, and customer teams. Responsibilities include developing and refining operational processes, tracking KPIs, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met with high quality and compliance. The role also involves supporting budget tracking, vendor and tooling management, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The Operations Manager will collaborate closely with leadership to translate strategy into execution, document procedures, and help scale operations as the organization grows.

Qualifications

  • Operational excellence skills, including process design, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement.
  • Project and program management capabilities, such as planning, prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven skills, including comfort with metrics, dashboards, and basic financial or operational modeling.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes and collaborate across distributed teams.
  • Experience in a technology, AI, or SaaS environment, preferably in an operations, chief of staff, or similar role.
  • Proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., project management software, documentation platforms, spreadsheets).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-evolving environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
