Role Overview

The Operational Manager will be responsible for overseeing theday-to-day operations of Reliant Housing Group, ensuring smooth coordination betweensales, construction, marketing, channel partners, and administrative teams. The candidate must haveprior experience in the real estate industryand the ability to manage multiple operational functions of residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Operations

Monitor daily progress of ongoing projects such asFloresta and Felecia.

Coordinate betweensite engineers, contractors, consultants, and management.

Track construction milestones and provide regular updates to the Director.

Ensure proper documentation related toRERA, approvals, compliance, and project records.

2. Sales & CRM Coordination

Superviselead management and CRM operations.

Coordinate with thesales team and channel partners.

Track bookings, inventory status, and customer follow-ups.

Ensure proper documentation forbooking forms, allotment letters, agreements, and customer records.

3. Channel Partner Management

Maintain relationships withbrokers and channel partners.

Support in organizingChannel Partner Meets and promotional events.

Assist with inventory allocation and partner coordination.

4. Office Administration

Manage daily office operations and internal coordination.

Supervise staff includingsales executives, admin staff, and marketing team.

Maintain operational reports, MIS, and documentation.

5. Marketing Coordination

Coordinate with themarketing and digital marketing teamsfor campaigns and promotions.

Monitor lead generation and marketing campaign performance.

6. Reporting & Planning

Prepareweekly and monthly operational reportsfor management.

Track project timelines, sales performance, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

Mandatory experience in the Real Estate industry.

Strongproject coordination and operational management skills.

Knowledge ofreal estate documentation, CRM systems, and project tracking.

Excellentcommunication, leadership, and organizational abilities.

Ability to managemultiple teams and departments simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA / Business Administration / Real Estate Management.

Experience working withreal estate developers or real estate project management companies.
