• Operational efficiency
• KYC Loan origination to closures
• Risk management.

Qualifications:

• MBA or equivalent degrees with 8 - 15 years of strong experience in NBFC operational lifecycle.
• Process orientation, Compliance knowledge
• Wholesale or retail Lending process
• Stakeholders collaboration
• Team management
• Comfortable working for 5 days at office mode.
