Job Description

The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.

- Responsible for Process management.
- Regulatory compliance
- Performance monitoring
- Budgetary control & Cost optimization
- Operational efficiency
- KYC Loan origination to closures
- Risk management.
Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent degrees with 8 - 15 years of strong experience in NBFC operational lifecycle.
- Process orientation, Compliance knowledge
- Wholesale or retail Lending process
- Stakeholders collaboration
- Team management
- Comfortable working for 5 days at office mode.
