We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The Operations Manager will oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Key responsibilities include managing supply chain and inventory, overseeing production workflows, ensuring compliance with quality standards, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and implementing process improvements to enhance operational performance. The role requires hands-on leadership and the ability to address challenges in a dynamic work environment.

• Operations and Process Management skills, including workflow design, process optimization, and efficiency improvement
• Supply Chain Management and Inventory Control expertise
• Strong Leadership and Team Management skills
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance and Compliance Standards
• Proficiency in Data Analysis and Reporting tools
• Understanding of Project Management principles
• Effective Communication and Problem-Solving skills
• Experience in the gem and jewelry or manufacturing sector is an advantage
