This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Jaipur. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities include managing inventory, coordinating supply chain logistics, supervising teams, ensuring quality control, and optimizing operational workflows. The role also involves collaborating with various departments to support business goals and drive continuous improvement in processes.

• Experience in Operations Management, Supply Chain Coordination, and Workflow Optimization
• Strong skills in Team Supervision, Leadership, and Process Improvement
• Proficiency in Quality Control Standards and Inventory Management
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities for cross-departmental coordination
• Proficiency in operational tools and software is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
