Role Overview
We are looking for a highly execution-focused Operations Manager – Partner Supply to build, manage, and grow our network of training partners across cities.
This role involves end-to-end ownership of partner operations including supply management, onboarding, training coordination, performance management, partner engagement, and operational quality.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing a distributed on-ground workforce, solving operational problems, coordinating across teams, and driving execution in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner Supply & Network Management
- Identify supply-demand gaps across locations and ensure adequate partner availability.
- Build and manage different continuous partner acquisition funnels
- Source, onboard, and activate new training partners across cities.
- Ensure reliable partner supply across priority markets.
2. Partner Onboarding & Training Coordination
- Manage the end-to-end partner onboarding process
- Work with internal training teams and consultants to improve service quality and customer experience
3. Partner Operations & Performance Management
- Monitor partner productivity, utilization, referrals, and quality metrics.
- Ensure adherence to service quality standards and operational processes.
- Ensure regular usage of uniforms, merchandise, and safety equipment by partners.
- Resolve partner escalations and operational issues in a timely manner.
4. Partner Earnings & Ecosystem Initiatives
- Identify and implement initiatives that improve partner earnings and engagement.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to build partnerships and opportunities that create additional value for training partners.
- Drive adoption of cross-sell and partner enablement initiatives across the network.
- Track participation and impact of partner earning initiatives.
5. App Adoption & Process Compliance
- Drive optimum usage of the mobile app by training partners.
- Support partners with basic troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with the product/tech team to resolve operational and app-related issues.
6. Partner Retention & Engagement
- Create structures, communication systems, incentives, and engagement/recognition initiatives to improve partner retention and satisfaction.
- Work with the marketing team to leverage partner stories and content to strengthen the training partners network
- Build and manage an advisory group of high-performing partners across cities.
- Share actionable insights with leadership and internal teams to improve operations, product, training, and growth initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years of experience in:
- Operations
- Field operations
- Supply operations
- Partner operations
- Experience managing : Distributed workforce / Gig workforce / Partner/supply networks
- Strong execution and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with operational metrics and dashboards.
- Strong people and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Fluent in Hindi; basic English required.
- Willing to travel as required.
