Urgent Hiring || Operational Manager ILL Service Delivery || Delhi

Job Title: Operational Manager ILL Service Delivery

Location: Mayur Vihar, Delhi

Experience Required: Minimum 3 to 5 Years

Budget: upto 4.5 LPA (depend on the interview)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end ILL service delivery, from order initiation to final handover.

Coordinate effectively with Business Service Operators (BSOs) such as Airtel, TATA, Vodafone, and others.

Oversee PO-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash cycles, ensuring on-time and error-free execution.

Conduct feasibility checks, manage customer coordination, and review on-site order statuses.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date MIS reports and dashboards for project and delivery tracking.

Ensure strict adherence to delivery SLAs and company quality standards.

Liaise with internal departments (sales, technical, finance, and provisioning) for smooth operations.

Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate / Postgraduate (Preferred specialization in Telecom, IT, or Operations).

Proven experience in telecom or ISP operations, particularly in ILL delivery and provisioning.

Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS, and dashboard reporting tools.

Ability to multitask and deliver results within timelines.

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
