Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role based in Jaipur. The Operations Manager will oversee and improve day-to-day logistics operations, including managing Customer Service and Documentation processes, enhancing performance metrics, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and optimizing resource allocation. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and customer, identifying operational inefficiencies, implementing strategic solutions, and managing budgets to achieve organizational goals. The manager will act as a key leader in driving continuous improvement and ensuring customer satisfaction.
