- Be among the first 10 applicants
Job Description
Neuronurture is an early-stage child development startup working with families in India and abroad. We are growing fast, and we need one strong operations person to run the engine.
You will be the main point of contact for our parents and the owner of day-to-day operations: sessions, demos, quality, payments, and renewals. You will work directly with the founders.
What you will do1. Parent management (most important)
- Be the first point of contact for all parents on WhatsApp, email, and calls, across India and international time zones
- Handle parent queries, concerns, and escalations with warmth and speed. Reply on time, follow up without being chased
- Keep every parent updated on their child's sessions, progress reports, and next steps
- When a parent is upset or confused, you calm things down and solve the problem
2. Session operations
- Own the full session calendar: schedule, reschedule, and confirm sessions between therapists and families
- Make sure no session is missed, double-booked, or forgotten. Handle last-minute changes smoothly
- Coordinate with therapists on their availability, leaves, and backups
3. Demos and new parents
- Schedule demo sessions for new leads on priority, since delays lead to lead drop-off
- Follow up with every demo attendee till they decide, and hand over smoothly once they join
- Own the onboarding of every new family: forms, welcome call, first session, and expectation setting
4. Session quality
- Review a sample of sessions regularly against our quality checklist
- Collect parent feedback after sessions and flag issues to founders early
- Track therapist punctuality, session completion, and parent satisfaction
5. Payments and renewals
- Send payment links and invoices on time, follow up on pending payments politely but firmly
- Track every family's plan: sessions used, sessions left, and renewal due date
- Run the renewal conversation before the plan ends, not after
6. Build the system
- Write simple SOPs for all of the above so new team members can follow them
- Maintain clean trackers (sessions, payments, feedback) and share a short weekly report with founders
- Suggest processes that can be automated, and the founders will build the automation
Must have
- 2–5 years in operations, customer success, or coordination roles. Experience in clinics, therapy centres, edtech, healthcare, or service startups preferred
- Excellent spoken and written English, as the role involves daily communication with Indian and international parents
- Highly organised with strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail
- Warm and patient in parent interactions, with the ability to follow up firmly and professionally
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and scheduling/CRM tools
- Okay with some early morning or late evening coordination for international time zones
Good to have
- Experience in child development, therapy, counselling, or pediatric settings
- Worked at an early-stage startup where you built processes from scratch
- Handled payments, invoicing, or renewals before
This role is not for you if you want fixed 10–6 timings, a big team under you, or someone else to define your process, or do hand holding. This is an early startup, where you will build the process yourself and own it fully.
Role details- Compensation: 5–7 LPA based on experience, reviewed at 6 months.
- Location: Remote (India-based), with preference for Mumbai
- Timing: Flexible, but some early morning / late evening slots for international parents
- Joining: Immediate to 30 days
- How to apply: Send your CV with a 5-line note on one messy process you fixed yourself, to [Confidential Information]. We reply to everyone within a week.
