Operations Manager - Mumbai Clinic Network

About Smilebird Smilebird is India's first single-specialty dental partnership platform. We co- invest with dentist partners and manage all non-clinical operations so doctors can focus on what they do best. We have live, profitable clinics in Mumbai and Nagpur - cashflow-positive in under 4 months. We are now expanding to 10 clinics across Mumbai.

What You Will Own

• Daily operations across all Mumbai clinics
• Every new clinic launch from T-60 to opening day
• Frontline hiring for clinic staff across Mumbai
• Staff onboarding, training, and culture embedding (in person, not on a call)
• Front office conversion discipline: lead handling, show rates, follow-ups
• Revenue funnel tracking, jointly with the Marketing Manager
• Doctor partner support and vendor coordination

Ideal Profile

• 3-6 years in dental/healthcare ops or multi-site service operations
• Dental chain experience (Clove Dental, Sabka Dentist, Apollo Dental) strongly preferred
• High ownership instinct, low ego, strong follow-through
• Mumbai-based, fully mobile across clinics

Compensation ₹7-8 LPA + ESOPs
