Role Overview:
This role will be responsible for leading the entire workstream for the assigned clients. This role reports into Head of Life Sciences Operations and works closely with the business directors, clients, functional leads and delivery teams, directing & managing
the day-to-day creative & digital production operations.
Further, he/she would be expected to evaluate and implement process improvements and standardized ways of working to drive excellence and efficiencies which may eventually lead to growth for the organization. Being well versed with the hybrid delivery model; predominantly managing a larger operations team with on-the-ground management of day-to-day executions would be beneficial.
A candidate who has handled global Life sciences/Pharma clients with a proven record of managing and delivering the entire spectrum of deliverables across mediums – Digital, print, moving images etc. would be an apt match!
Skills Required:
- 10-14 years of overall experience in the global digital content factory/content transformation system with at least 5-6 years managing the operations of the global accounts through on-shore-off-shore delivery model.
- Manage and improvise overall account profitability/growth and budgets through scope management, monitoring forecast and budget hours, and managing SLAs
- Deeper domain understanding of the Creative & Digital Production related operations from ingest of brief to final delivery
- Strong 360-degree view of the deliverables catered through creative production model for Retail/Pharma/life science accounts.
Should also:
- Have good insight on the platforms like Veeva, IQVIA Mobile Intelligence and other CLMs and their associated products widely used by pharma clients
- Manage the overall account's content factory deliverables that might vary from eDetail, FTE/RTE, Banners ads, emodules, creative production, print deliverables, videos and web solutions
- Manage and improvise overall account profitability and budgets through scope management, monitoring forecast and budget hours, managing SLAs
- Manage attrition in the account, drive retention initiatives on the floor to manage tenured and experienced employees
- Develop, coach and motivate staff in an environment that embraces change, fosters focus, teamwork, efficiency, timeliness and results that are measured and recognized.

- Mentors, supervises, and teaches team-building skills within immediate team
- Leads and is accountable for weekly and monthly meetings with internal and external stakeholders
