You will operate at the intersection of driving education, instructor supply and utilization, RTO and compliance coordination, multi-city operations, and a curated used car marketplace designed specifically for first-time buyers. As we expand across cities, we are focused on building strong, scalable operational foundations that support long-term, sustainable growth.

Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Manager who can drive strong on-ground execution and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the platform. This role focuses on managing instructor operations, maintaining service quality, coordinating with RTO processes, and improving operational efficiency within the city. The Operations Manager will work closely with the leadership team to implement operational processes and support city growth. Lead hiring initiatives and build a strong operational team to support organizational growth and efficiency. Implement data tracking and monitoring systems while driving automation in existing processes to improve accuracy, productivity, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Instructor Operations

  • Manage instructor onboarding, documentation, and verification processes
  • Ensure instructor availability and improve utilization across training schedules
  • Monitor instructor performance, training quality, and learner feedback
  • Support instructor engagement, issue resolution, and retention initiatives

City Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operational activities within the assigned city
  • Ensure smooth scheduling and allocation of driving sessions
  • Monitor operational metrics such as session completion, cancellations, and SLAs
  • Identify operational challenges and implement improvements to enhance efficiency

RTO & Compliance Coordination

  • Support coordination with RTOs for driving license related processes (LL/DL)
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Assist in managing operational workflows related to licensing and training compliance
  • Process Implementation & Operational Efficiency
  • Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational checklists
  • Track operational performance metrics and prepare periodic reports
  • Work with the tech team to flag operational issues and support system improvements
  • Identify inefficiencies and help optimize scheduling and resource allocation

Cross-Team Coordination

  • Work closely with sales, support, and tech teams to ensure seamless learner experience
  • Support resolution of customer issues related to scheduling, instructors, and training
  • Assist leadership in executing operational initiatives and city-level improvements
  • Lead hiring and build a strong team.
  • Track and monitor data while implementing automation in existing processes.

Required Candidate

  • 4–6 years of experience in operations management
  • Experience managing field operations or service delivery teams
  • Strong execution skills and ability to manage day-to-day operational workflows
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
  • Experience in mobility, logistics, hyperlocal services, ed-tech, or gig platforms is a plus
  • Ability to work with data and operational metrics to drive Improvements
