About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Operations Manager to lead and manage end-to-end farm and project operations across multiple locations. This role demands a hands-on leader who can ensure smooth execution, manage on-ground teams, and drive operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards across all projects.

What You'll Do

• Oversee end-to-end farm operations including setup, execution, and maintenance
• Ensure timely project completion within defined scope and quality standards
• Monitor daily activities across multiple farm sites
• Lead and manage site engineers, agronomists, and field teams
• Coordinate with internal teams — sales, technical, and procurement
• Develop and implement SOPs for farm operations and execution workflows
• Manage vendors, suppliers, and contractors — ensure timely resource availability
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for smooth project execution
• Monitor farm performance and implement best practices in modern, sustainable agriculture
• Identify operational challenges and take corrective actions quickly

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in operations (agriculture, hydroponics, infrastructure, or project-based roles preferred)
• Strong experience managing on-ground teams and multiple sites
• Proven ability to execute projects end-to-end
• Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in vendor and stakeholder management
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required
