We help YouTube creators turn their content into revenue through content systems, monetization strategy, audience growth, and business expansion. We work with creators ranging from 20K subscribers to 1M+ subscribers and are scaling rapidly!
We're building the operational backbone behind creator businesses and growing fast. As our client base and team continue to expand, we're looking for someone who can help us build the systems, processes, and talent network needed to scale efficiently.
Compensation & Growth Path
Starting Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Based on performance, compensation is expected to increase to ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month within 3–4 months.
Top performers will be considered for a full-time Operations role within approximately 6–7 months, along with a further salary increase and significantly greater responsibility.
What You'll Do
- Operations & Project Management
- Track all client deliverables and internal projects
- Ensure tasks are assigned, completed, and delivered on time
- Coordinate between editors, designers, writers, strategists, and freelancers
- Follow up proactively instead of waiting for updates
- Maintain project timelines and internal planning systems
- Identify bottlenecks before they become problems
- Ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Crisis Management
- Solve issues when projects are at risk
- Handle situations where freelancers become unresponsive
- Find backup solutions when deadlines are approaching
- Ensure client deliverables continue moving despite unexpected challenges
- Keep communication flowing during high-pressure situations
- Take ownership when things go wrong and find solutions quickly
Talent & Resource Management
- Assist in maintaining a pool of vetted freelancers and creative professionals
- Help coordinate hiring requirements when new talent is needed
- Track freelancer availability, assignments, and performance
- Support onboarding and project handoffs
- Ensure teams have the resources needed to deliver client work efficiently
- Contribute to building scalable systems for managing external talent
Process Improvement
- Build SOPs and operational systems
- Improve internal workflows
- Help create scalable processes as the company grows
- Document best practices and operational knowledge
- Help build a company that can operate efficiently at scale
