Role OverviewThe Executive Operations & Business Development will play a key role in supporting iKure's programs and partnerships across CSR initiatives, corporate engagements, MSME health programs, and iKure's healthcare products and services. The role combines on-ground operations, partner coordination, and business development support.
LocationWest Bengal & Karnataka (Field-based role with travel across districts as required)
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Program Execution
- Support on-ground implementation of CSR, corporate, and MSME-led healthcare programs
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Assist in rollout of Digital Health Cards, insurance-linked services, and preventive care programs
- Track field activities, timelines, and operational milestones
Business Development CSR & Corporate Partnerships
- Support identification and engagement of CSR and corporate partnership opportunities
- Assist in proposal coordination, documentation, and partner follow-ups
- Support relationship management during program execution
- Coordinate partner visits, review meetings, and reporting requirements
Business Development MSME & Local Enterprises
- Engage with MSMEs, institutions, and local enterprises to onboard healthcare offerings
- Support promotion of employee health programs and wellness initiatives
- Assist in basic market mapping and lead generation at district and block levels
Partner & Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with insurance partners, healthcare providers, and service vendors
- Support coordination and training of Community Health Workers for partner programs
- Act as a bridge between field teams and central operations
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain simple activity trackers and weekly reports
- Support data collection for partner reporting and internal reviews
- Ensure adherence to confidentiality and data privacy norms
Desired Profile- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Healthcare Management, Social Sciences, Marketing, or related fields
- 13 years of experience in operations, CSR programs, corporate BD support, or healthcare projects
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- High integrity, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn
