Job Description

Overall Purpose of the Role

To develop and manage the full scope of Compass India Foodservices at multiple units. Also take full responsibility of driving revenue growth through operational development, P&L management, technical selling and brand development.

  • Achievement of the sales budget and formulation of action plans to manage deviations, if any
  • Monitor performance (i.e. sales growth and profitability) against targets
  • Monitor all contract deviations for each client and ensure proper adherence to agreed SLAs
  • Drive and Implement all relevant HSEQ procedures within the units

  • Sales Target Achievement
  • YOY% increase in profits
  • Contract compliance report
  • Periodic HSE Audit Results
