            • Seamless Onboarding and Transition Management:

              • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
              • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR operations or similar roles.
              • Expertise in HR processes and systems, with a strong grasp of industry-leading practices.
              • Proficiency in HR technology platforms and tools, with a preference for experience in [specific HR software].
