Role Description

This full-time remote role is for an Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily operations within Host Pricing. The Operations Manager will lead key initiatives such as process development, team coordination, performance tracking, and ensuring efficient workflow across departments. Responsibilities include analyzing operational data, identifying improvement opportunities, collaborating with stakeholders, and implementing strategies to enhance team productivity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations Management, Process Optimisation, and Project Management
• Strong Analytical and Data Interpretation skills with the ability to identify and act on trends
• Exceptional Communication, Leadership, and Team Collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in CRM, ERP systems, and tools like Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, remote work environment
• Experience in hospitality, travel, or pricing industries is an advantage but not mandatory
