Operations Manager ( Home Interiors)

Role Description: The Operations Manager role is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational activities, including project planning, resource allocation, and coordination between design, execution, and vendor teams to ensure timely delivery of interior projects. This role will involve monitoring budgets, optimizing processes, implementing operational standards, and maintaining quality and safety compliance across sites. The Operations Manager will be responsible for tracking project progress, preparing regular status reports, resolving operational issues, and ensuring a smooth experience for clients from project initiation to completion. Collaboration with leadership on process improvements and scalability initiatives will be an important part of the role.

• Beneficial qualifications include a bachelor's degree in operations, business, engineering, interior design, or a related field, along with prior experience managing operations in interior design, or similar project-based environments.
