Operations Manager (Home Interiors)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations manager located in Bengaluru. The manager will oversee the execution of interior design projects in Bangalore, ensuring they are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising on-site operations, coordinating with designers and contractors, implementing quality control measures, inspecting structural elements, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of interior projects across Bangalore.
• Ensure projects are delivered within committed timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Track project progress and proactively identify and resolve execution bottlenecks.
• Coordinate between design, production, procurement, installation, vendors and customers.
• Ensure timely handovers and minimise project delays.
• Lead and manage the operations and execution team, including project managers, site teams and other operational resources.
• Identify operational gaps and implement systems to improve efficiency and turnaround time.
• Monitor key operational metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
• Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, suppliers and installation partners.
• Ensure vendors meet agreed timelines, quality standards and commercial commitments.
• Resolve vendor-related issues and negotiate wherever required.
• Take ownership of operational issues until closure.
• Establish clear communication and accountability across functions.

Qualification:

Bachelor's in Civil Engineering

Experience - min 2 Years in Interior Site Execution and Operations

INTERIORS Experience is MUST

Languages Preferred: English, Kannada, Hindi

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru

Schedule: 6 days a week
