As Operations Manager of a D2C brand, you will be responsible for building and scaling the complete operational backbone of the company, from sourcing from the vendors of raw material to the final product.
Key Responsibilities –
- Manage production timelines with labs and manufacturers
- Oversee packaging procurement and vendor coordination
- Build inventory planning and demand forecasting
- Handle warehousing, shipping partners and last-mile delivery
- Track COGS, margins and operational KPIs
- Set up D2C processes including returns, customer support and fulfilment.
- Create scalable SOPs as the brand grows
Requirements –
- Experience in D2C, FMCG or skincare operations
- Strong Excel and number logic
- Vendor negotiation skills
- Ability to work in an early-stage startup environment
- Detail-orientated and structured thinker
Nice to have -
- Beauty or personal care experience
- Knowledge of formulation costing
- Experience launching new SKUs
