What You'll Do:

• Own end-to-end e-commerce operations across marketplaces like Amazon & Flipkart
• Oversee inventory planning, stock availability, and coordination with warehouse/logistics
• Monitor daily order flow, returns, cancellations, and ensure smooth fulfillment
• Track and improve key metrics like sales, conversion rate, and order accuracy
• Resolve platform and customer escalations in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain account health
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams for campaign execution and demand planning
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements
• Generate MIS reports and share actionable insights with stakeholders
• Lead and manage the operations team, driving accountability and performance

What We're Looking For:

• 3–6 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, or similar platforms
• Good understanding of cataloging, inventory management, and order lifecycle
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple brands/products efficiently
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Problem-solving attitude with a focus on execution and ownership
• Prior experience in team handling or leadership role is preferred
