Position Responsibilities:
- Extensive experience in US Healthcare with 6+ years as a Leader in Operations with relevant experience and exposure in Physician and Hospital Billing - AR / Denials, Verification, Charge entry/Billing, Posting, Credentialing etc.
- Should have experience in transitioning project and building the SOP.
- Knowledge in multiple client systems and clearing house.
- Good knowledge of Excel, power point and reporting.
- Need to be flexible and ready to work based on business requirement.
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees.
- Displays a High Level of Integrity and Maturity
- Displays high level of People Management practice.
- Proven participation on Improvements Project
Education And Experience
- Any Graduate / Postgraduate
- Experience working in Complete End to End RCM
