Operations Manager - Germany

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning.
• Develop, implement, and monitor operational processes, SOPs, and internal workflows.
• Coordinate with Sales, Recruitment, HR, Documentation, Finance, Compliance, and Customer Support teams.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, turnaround time, and operational targets.
• Allocate work efficiently and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, and process inefficiencies and implement corrective measures.
• Establish and maintain effective reporting and tracking mechanisms.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
• Monitor client/customer applications and ensure timely movement through different stages of the process.
• Ensure proper documentation, data accuracy, record maintenance, and process compliance.
• Handle escalations and resolve operational issues within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Develop performance metrics and KPIs for operational teams.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Train, mentor, and guide team members to improve productivity and service quality.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance requirements, and approved processes.
• Support management in developing strategies for business growth and operational scalability.
• Identify opportunities for automation, cost reduction, and process improvement.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure secure handling of customer and company information.
