About The Role
Operations Manager – Transport / Logistics Company: Pruthi Translogistics Location: Manesar, Haryana Experience: 2–5 Years Salary: 30,000 – 45,000/month Role Overview: Responsible for managing day-to-day transport operations and a fleet of approximately 70 vehicles, including load & route planning, diesel planning, and advance disbursement management. Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor a fleet of 70 vehicles. Handle vehicle load and route planning. Manage diesel planning and fuel consumption. Handle driver advance disbursement and settlements. Coordinate with drivers for smooth vehicle operations. Track vehicle movement and trip status. Ensure timely vehicle placement and dispatch. Resolve day-to-day operational issues. Maintain operational records and reports.
