Game Wagon Rentals Pvt Ltd is expanding its footprint, and we are looking for a proactive and hands-on professional to lead our Bangalore branch. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing teams, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering top-quality customer experiences in a fast-paced startup environment.
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Role: Inside SalesOperations Executive
Work Schedule: 6 Days Working (Rotational Off: MondayThursday)
CTC: Up to 4 LPA+Incentives
Experience: 24 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and coordinate branch delivery and operations teams.
- Oversee smooth day-to-day branch operations to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Handle customer orders accurately and manage the complete end-to-end process from booking to delivery and closure.
- Manage customer chats and calls to ensure prompt, clear, and professional communication.
- Update, track, and follow up on leads to support sales growth and operational planning.
- Manage bookings, logistics, and all customer-facing interactions.
- Monitor sales, performance metrics, and inventory using Google Sheets and Excel.
- Ensure every customer receives a high-quality, engaging, and seamless gaming experience.
Candidate Profile
- 24 years of experience in operations, logistics, customer service, or event management.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Exposure to rental or event-based services will be an added advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
