Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities across departments. This role involves managing workflows, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, monitoring inventory and supply chain performance, and ensuring that operational processes support timely delivery of healthcare products and services to customers. The Operations Manager will implement and refine standard operating procedures, track key performance indicators, and address operational issues to maintain efficiency and compliance. The role also includes supervising staff, optimizing resource utilization, supporting budgeting and cost efficiency, and collaborating with leadership on continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong operations management and process improvement skills, including experience designing and optimizing workflows.
• Ability to handle supply chain, inventory, and logistics coordination within a healthcare or product-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks, with solid time management and multitasking abilities.
• Capability to lead teams, provide clear direction, and foster a collaborative, high-performance work culture.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Comfort with data analysis, reporting, and use of operational tools or ERP/software to track performance and support decisions.
• Knowledge of basic compliance, quality standards, and risk management practices relevant to healthcare operations is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
• Previous experience in operations or facility management, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical field.
