Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations across outlets/central kitchen, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability. The role involves managing teams, streamlining processes, maintaining service standards, and driving business growth while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of outlets/central kitchen
- Ensure smooth functioning of all departments (kitchen, service, stores)
- Monitor service quality, food quality, and operational efficiency
2. Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, train, and manage cross-functional teams
- Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and productivity
- Conduct performance reviews and drive team development
3. Process & Quality Control
- Implement and maintain SOPs across operations
- Ensure adherence to hygiene and food safety standards (FSSAI)
- Conduct regular audits and ensure corrective actions
4. Cost & Inventory Management
- Monitor food cost, labor cost, and overall operational expenses
- Work closely with procurement and store teams for inventory control
- Minimize wastage and improve efficiency
5. Customer Experience
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Handle escalations and improve service standards
- Implement feedback-driven improvements
6. Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on operations
- Coordinate with management for business planning and expansion
- Drive process improvements and operational strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Operations Manager in F&B / hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in handling multi-unit operations / central kitchen preferred
- Good understanding of P&L, cost control, and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Graduate / MBA / Hotel Management preferred
- 510 years of relevant experience
