Job Description

Job Summary:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations across outlets/central kitchen, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability. The role involves managing teams, streamlining processes, maintaining service standards, and driving business growth while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations of outlets/central kitchen
  • Ensure smooth functioning of all departments (kitchen, service, stores)
  • Monitor service quality, food quality, and operational efficiency

2. Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, train, and manage cross-functional teams
  • Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and productivity
  • Conduct performance reviews and drive team development

3. Process & Quality Control

  • Implement and maintain SOPs across operations
  • Ensure adherence to hygiene and food safety standards (FSSAI)
  • Conduct regular audits and ensure corrective actions

4. Cost & Inventory Management

  • Monitor food cost, labor cost, and overall operational expenses
  • Work closely with procurement and store teams for inventory control
  • Minimize wastage and improve efficiency

5. Customer Experience

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Handle escalations and improve service standards
  • Implement feedback-driven improvements

6. Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on operations
  • Coordinate with management for business planning and expansion
  • Drive process improvements and operational strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Operations Manager in F&B / hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in handling multi-unit operations / central kitchen preferred
  • Good understanding of P&L, cost control, and inventory management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

  • Graduate / MBA / Hotel Management preferred
  • 510 years of relevant experience
