THE POSITION:

We are looking for an operations leader who can own up several aspects of running two well-known street food brands in Bangalore (Nippu Kodi & El Chaapo). You will manage end-to-end operations related to central kitchen and street food outlets. You will work with the growth team and the culinary team to ensure smooth operations of the outlets. You will observe, record, and report various operational metrics related to logistics, compliances, and expenses. You will also need to work with local authorities in managing the street spaces to operate the outlets. RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Setup efficient SOPs for food production, logistics and outlet operations

·       Hiring and training of kitchen staff, outlet operators and supervisors

·       Setup frameworks for accurate tracking of costs and operational efficiency

·       Work with a target led approach to create definitive and measurable growth. You must be a numbers person!

QUALIFICATIONS:

·       6-10 years of work experience in F&B Operations – preferably in the QSR/Street Food space

·       Proficiency in computer usage – Excel, PPT & MS Word

·       Excellent English communication skills

·       Fluency in Kannada is mandatory

EDUCATION:

·       Graduation/Post Graduation (Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management is an added advantage)
