Lead and manage fleet operations, ensuring the efficient execution of daily activities while meeting business objectives and operational performance targets.
Oversee fleet readiness, asset utilisation, and resource allocation to ensure operational requirements are consistently met.
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and processes to enhance fleet performance, improve service delivery, and support future business growth.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, optimise resources, strengthen business continuity, and improve overall fleet performance.
Plan and manage manpower deployment, budgeting, and operational resources to maximise productivity and operational effectiveness.
Ensure fleet operations comply with all applicable statutory regulations, industry standards, company policies, and quality management systems.
Partner closely with the QHSSE team to promote a strong safety culture, implement safety initiatives, and ensure compliance with safe work practices across all operations.
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, regulatory authorities, service providers, and external partners to support business objectives and operational excellence.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Maritime Studies, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in fleet operations, marine operations, transportation, logistics, or asset-intensive operational environments.
