Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Tirunelveli. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, implement strategies to improve efficiency, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and manage teams to achieve performance goals. Responsibilities include analyzing workflows, optimizing resource allocation, and maintaining high-quality standards in line with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in organizational management, strategic planning, and team coordination
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, operational workflows, and quality standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in process optimization and resource management
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a healthcare or related setting is highly desirable
